$20-25/hr The Role The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and employee record-keeping processes.
This role will report to the local Human Resources Business Partner.

Top Responsibilities Assist with the talent acquisition process including job postings, candidate phone screenings, interview scheduling, and pre-onboarding Prepare orientation documents Lead employee engagement and recognition events Process the changes and administration of the HR System - inputs general HR changes and new hire information.
Assist with general HR inquiries and employee self-service questions Qualifications Previous Human Resources Admin experience- highly preferred Previous experience with HRIS and ATS systems- preferred Previous recruitment experience- preferred Basic Microsoft Office experience- required Ability to work a flexible schedule- required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
